With anchors welded around the BAC-FTFD's frame, installations are simplified with the ability to cast it within concrete and other surfaces in commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
This flood-tight floor door features a panel that overlaps its frame and a 3/8" neoprene gasket that will also assist in stopping spills and water overflows in their tracks.
This model's ¼" reinforced diamond plate supports a live load of up to 625 psf, equivalent to a 10-foot head of water (downward pressure only), ideal for use in flood-prone areas.
