This model simplifies access with a convenient ring or tool key-operated latch, each included for your preference. BAC-FRN features a spring-operated self-closing mechanism, ensuring a secure closing process in accordance with NFPA 80 standards.

Fire-Rated: BAC-FRN is a fire-rated access door that has achieved a fire rating of up to 2 hours on rated vertical wall assemblies, certified to U.L. standards.
Self-Latching: The BAC-FRN maintains a spring mechanism to ensure hands-free and hassle-free operation in accordance with NFPA 80 standards.
Simple Installations: BAC-FRN features a 1" exposed flange for easy fittings and installations for a hassle-free process.
Durable Design: Best Access Doors has constructed BAC-FRN of durable 16-gauge cold rolled steel, forming a robust and rust-resistant unit with minimal maintenance requirements.
Full Door Extension: BAC-FRN has a durable continuous piano hinge, allowing a door that extends beyond standard hinges.
Helps Towards LEED V4 Credits: This access door will help obtain LEED certification, tax credits, and benefits eligibility.
Where restricted access to internal components is necessary, you can substitute BAC-FRN's standard tool key-operated cam and latch (ring-operated slam latch also included) for a;
