The BAC-ADWT-PC flush access door is proven to deliver optimized results since it has been evaluated for air infiltration and water penetration. Its entrance and frame are fully welded and gasketed, making it an excellent choice in laboratories, clean rooms, operating rooms, etc.

It comes in Prime Coated Steel, but you may also avail of Stainless Steel finish. It is best applied in areas where an airtight/watertight seal is required. It also features a continuous bulb trim gasket and a piano hinge, stainless steel Phillips head screw latch, and thoroughly tested for air infiltration: less than 0.01 cfm/sq foot – ASTM E 283 and water penetration: no leakage at 15.05 psf – ASTM E 331.
