When it comes to commercial buildings with highly corrosive environments or heavy foot traffic, our BAC-J-H20 Steel H20 Loading Drainage Floor Door will be ideal for installation. It has a stainless steel construction with a channel frame for use in exterior applications where water or other corrosive liquids entering the access opening are a concern.
The cover and frame of the BAC-J-H20 are 1/4" steel. We also offer optional Type 304 or Type 316 stainless steel construction when you purchase this door. This door's unique feature is its diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced cover for H-20 wheel loading, which makes it suitable for installation in off-street locations where the door is not subject to high density, fast-moving traffic. It also features heavy forged brass hinges with 3/8" type 316 stainless steel hinge pins and a formed channel frame with a full anchor angle welded around the perimeter.

FEATURES:
Material: 1/4" (6 mm) steel cover and frame
Hinges: Heavy forged brass hinges with 3/8" (9 mm) type 316 stainless steel hinge pins.
Latch: Type 316 stainless steel slam lock with fixed interior handle and removable exterior turn/lift handle. Latch release is protected by a flush, gasketed, removable screw plug.
Lift Assistance: Compression spring operators enclosed in telescopic tubes. Automatic hold-open arm with grip handle release.
Finish: Alkyd base red oxide primer
